At Primatron, we have been engaged in service since 1988.
In the last 20 years, most of our service activity has been focused on the installation, maintenance and repair of various devices in chemical and medical laboratories. We are an authorized and certified service for brands, which we represent ourselves, and in the field of service we also cooperate with other Slovenian companies, including representatives of recognized global brands.
Quality installation and qualified personnel is the expectation of every buyer and user of high-tech devices and systems.
We carry out our work authorized and with the appropriate certificates of manufacturers.
With regular maintenance, we enable a longer service life of the equipment. The regular annual inspection of the equipment is part of the user certification procedures, so we make sure that we also perform our work in accordance with the manufacturers' instructions and their authorizations.
We use certified instruments, standards and standards with traceability to international standards.
Primatron ensures fast and reliable elimination of errors and malfunctions. If possible, we fix the error at the customer's place, otherwise we take the equipment away and bring it back repaired.
At the request of users, we also conclude preventive maintenance contract.
